The Existential Question

Tough slogging these days. One would have to be blinded by a creed of incessant greed not to see how mankind’s rapacious ways are dragging us down. Denial will only get us more stuck. Fascist nationalism on the industrial war-mongrueling scale, is such a poor shroud to cover oneself with. We delude ourselves at our peril. It simply needn’t be so! So narrowly focused instead of seeing the greater needs of those less fortunate than the oligarchs who’ve such a disproportionate amount of monetary wealth and power. Big Bill Haywood, where are your descendants, now? FDR’s legacy, where lies it when we need it so desperately? Our existential dilemma being so mighty-mighty real!
